FRENCH POODLES, ENGLISH SHEEPDOGS, AND GERMAN SHEPHERDS ALL BARK ABOUT THIS DISH – C’EST BONE!!
- ½ Cup Tomato Puree
- ¼ Cup Diced Mushrooms
- ¼ Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- ¼ Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- ¼ Cup Sundried Tomatoes
Preheat oven to 325. To make the crust, mix all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Turn out onto a slightly floured surface and knead. Roll out dough, place on a 10-inch greased pizza pan and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes.
For the topping, spread the tomato puree evenly on the cooled pizza crust and sprinkle the remaining toppings over the pizza. Return to the oven for 20 minutes. Cool and cut into 8 wedges. Store any unused portions in the refrigerator.
