A handpicked favorite! These cheesy-to-the-core treats are crunchily perfect for the apple of your eye.

  • 3 ounces low fat cream cheese
  • 2 ounces blue cheese
  • 4 medium apples

Yorkshire terrierBeat the cream cheese and blue cheese together until smooth.  Core the apples and fill with cheese mixture.  Chill for 2 to 3 hour.  Cut into wedges to serve. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator. Makes 16 wonderful, wagging wedges.
