  • 1 ½ Pound Ground Turkey
  • 2 Egg Yolks
  • 2 Tablespoons Parsley Flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon Thyme
  • ½ Cup Dry Bread Crumbs
  • ½ Cup Cooked Rice

Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix thoroughly. Leave to chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Shape into patties and broil in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes until burger is no longer pink in the middle. Turn after one side is well browned. Cool and serve. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
