A blissful union of cream cheese and honey…especially for the marriage minded mutt. Makes an 8-inch wedding night delight.
- 8 Ounces Low Fat Cream Cheese
- ¾ Cup Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
- 2 Eggs
- 1 ½ Teaspoons Vanilla
- ½ Cup Three Dog Bakery Classic Crèmes Carob with Vanilla Filling, crumbled
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Beat cream cheese with an electric blender until smooth, then beat in honey until well blended. Sprinkle in cornstarch while using the mixer on a low speed. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until well blended. Pour into an 8-inch greased spring-form pan and bake for 35 minutes until the edges of the cake are lightly browned. Turn out of the pan and cool on a rack. Garnish cake with Classic Crème Cookie crumbles and store in a sealed container.
